Brian Nadell Eliminated in 29th Place ($5,574)

Nível 21 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

James Chen raised from the hijack and was called by Aron Dremer on the button as well as Erle Mankin in the small blind. Brian Nadell was seated in the big blind and was forced all in for his remaining 7,000.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and Mankin checked. Chen bet. Dremer and Mankin called.

The turn brought the {10-Hearts} and Chen bet out again. Dremer called and Mankin got out of the way.

The {9-Diamonds} completed the board and Chen bet forcing a fold from Dremer.

Chen then tabled his {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{5-Hearts} for the nut straight and the winning hand.

Nadell tabled his {a-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and was sent to the rail as the first player eliminated today.

Christopher Logue leads the way into Day 3

The 2017 WSOP Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better event moves into Day 3 today. Twenty-nine players return for a chance at the title, which is worth $238,620. Second and third place also receive at least $100,000. All players eliminated at this point are guaranteed to take home at least $5,574.

Going into Day 3, Christopher Logue is the overall leader with 498,000 in chips and a chance to collect his first WSOP gold bracelet. Some of the other big stacks starting the day belong to Kevin Gerhart (393,000), Jon Seaman (370,000), and James Chen (336,000). Also remaining are previous bracelet winners Jim Collopy (433,000), Ben Zamani (340,000), and Marco Johnson (224,000) who’ll all be looking to add to their collections.

Day 3 starts with 6,000/12,000 blinds and limits of 12,000/24,000, with the action kicking off at 2 p.m. Follow all of the action here at PokerNews.
